EDIT: Aside from bike reservation, only issue is railcards, we have a 16-25 and 26-30 railcard, and it is impossible to book seats together. Best train ticket app out there. Reservation flow is simple and works a treat, and sometimes gives you significant savings through split ticketing, all with no fees, letting you use it for all your normal tickets too. Only downside is the lack of cycle reservations. The seat reservation + payment failure issue mentioned in other reviews has been resolved.

Excellent app, much easier to use than my incumbent Railway Company's app. It does splits as the name suggests and is very easy to use, even allowing in app refunds for a short while in case you've made a mistake!

not fit for purpose! don't waste your money on this. trains in the UK are so unreliable that one cancellation will mean waiting 2 hours between connections with follow-on connections probably requiring additional purchases, as just happened to me today.

Hi - you'll appreciate we don't run the trains and therefore don't have control of the experience on-the-day, but we did want to be clear you have a right enshrined in the National Rail Conditions of Travel to take the next available service at no extra cost. There shouldn't be a need to purchase additional tickets. Email us if you have questions
